Aubrey de Grey Rewarding Supporters?

Anti-aging scientist Aubrey de Grey was credibly accused of misconduct involving young female staffers during his time at his first anti-aging research foundation. He allegedly interfered with the investigation, appears to have lied about doing so, and partially admitted to wrongdoing while mostly denying anything bad happened or taking any responsibility.

Now, he's apparently rewarding supporters who took his side during the controversy by giving them Board of Directors positions at his new anti-aging organization. The Board of Directors includes Daria Khaltourina, a Russian sociologist who publicly defended Aubrey rather dubiously as seen here, and Gennady Stolyarov, the Chairman of something called the United States Transhumanist Party, who defended Aubrey on more than one occasion.
